"I'm a firm believer that the best gift you can give a child besides love is a solid education. A solid education is a monetary investment that involves sacrifices, but pays off ten-fold. Paul has had a wonderful kindergarten year at Cypresswood Montessori. He entered Ms. Kimberly's class with a firm grasp of the fundamentals (letter sounds and numbers). Ms. Kimberly has consistently been able to engage Paul. Ms. Kimberly cares about Paul and holds him accountable. She keeps his interest and shows him how fun and exciting learning is. Paul is reading chapter books at the first grade level, doing first/second grade math, and learning to be a responsible young boy. He loves being a big kid in kindergarten, loves his teachers, and loves his friends. I've been researching public and private schools these past few months along with talking to friends whose children go to public and private schools. Kindergarten outside of Cypresswood Montessori seems sub-par to the high quality of education that I am accustomed to at Cypresswood Montessori. In the public and private schools' kindergarten classes, children are learning letter sounds, numbers, learning how to use scissors, shapes, etc.--all lessons that Paul learned when he was 3 and 4 years old. We decided to have Paul complete his kindergarten year at Cypresswood Montessori since being in a kindergarten anywhere else would be a waste of Paul's time. I think that it's important to keep him challenged and have plenty of time for exercise. Cypresswood Montessori delivers that." -Cara Canovas

And we were blessed to have found Cypresswood Montessori School Alizah was 30 months old when she joined this school and was here until she had to leave for 1st grade. Once we placed Alizah in Pats Reynolds Elementary Alizah was ahead of all her fellow classmates. Alizah achieved several awards Student of the month, Honor roll student, and Principal honor roll several times, All because Alizah was given the best education and developmental tools to be a successful in Reading, Writing, and Math skills. Neha is also proving to be very well established student in Kindergarten. Neha's reading skills, writing skills, and Math skills are excellent. We believe that once Neha starts in 1st grade she will also be recognized as very bright student.
